The home sales for the US are 4.3 million with a median sales price of $396,100. Here on the West Coast, sales increased 2.6% from April, at a rate of 790,000. This is a 25.5% fall compared to the same time last year, and the median price of $596,500 is down 5.7% from May 2022. Here on the SF Peninsula, sales have also decreased, but the median sold price has increased, due to a shortage of homes for sale.
