There are homes that are getting ready to be put on the market and the seller has either asked the real estate agent to “Show” the property or to “Not Show” the property. This allows me, the showing/selling agent, to notify you (the buyer) of a property that will come on the market for sale soon. Some homes are being built and/or remodeled and are not sale ready. Currently in San Mateo County there are 34 “Do Not Show” properties and 29 “Show” properties that will go for sale soon.
